Newport Christmas Lights Competition

• There will be two winners, each winning a VIP entry for two people (one of whom must be aged over 18) to the Meet and Greet with Liam from Love Island at the Newport Christmas lights switch-on event on Saturday, November 27th at 4pm.
• Winners will be contacted on Friday, November 26th
• If the winner does not respond within 2 hours another winner will be selected.
• Winners will be randomly selected.
• Your story may be used for marketing and PR purposes.
• There are no restrictions on the number of entries.
• There will be two Meet & Greet prizes, each for two people (one of whom must be aged over 18).
• By accepting the prize, you agree to be involved in marketing and promotion including photographs.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• Newport Christmas Lights Competition is open to anyone.
• No purchase of a gift card is necessary to enter the competition.

• Covid Requirements
• • Winners should display a Covid Pass on arrival at the meet and greet venue, or evidence of a negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours of the event.
  • Winners should not attend the meet and greet if they are displaying any of the following symptoms, or if any of their household has tested positive for Covid-19:
  1. A high temperature of 38°C or above
  2. A persistent cough or shortness of breath
  3. Loss of taste or smell
  • Winners should wear a face covering on arrival at the meet and greet venue and while moving around the venue.
  • Winners are urged to wash their hands prior to attending the event and use hand sanitiser as required.
  • Please note that if the local situation regarding the prevalence of viral transmission changes, or new Welsh Government restrictions are imposed, we may have to revisit the above advice, in which case we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
