Christmas Delivery Schedule
For Christmas delivery, we recommend that you place your order:
Second Class: Order must be placed by Saturday 10th December
First Class: Orders must be placed by Thursday 15th December
Special Delivery: Order must be placed by Wednesday 21st of December
We will continue to dispatch orders received up until midnight 23rd December but cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. If you have missed a delivery window remember you can gift instantly with Digital Gift Cards (selected programs) or pick up locally with Load This Card.
Gift Cards will be delivered by the following:
Standard (Royal Mail 1st Class – Sent Next Working Day)
Express (Royal Mail Tracked)
International (Royal Mail International Standard – 4 to 14 Days)
Is there a problem with your order?
We do our best to make sure your gift card is received in good condition and with funds, but if it doesn’t, we are here to help. You can reach us on 01738 444 376.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/ issue. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be compensated.
Return & Refunds Policy
While we hope you’ll be happy with your gift card(s), we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on gift cards, as long as it’s within the cancellation period
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift cards that have the full purchase value remaining.
To return a gift card, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01738 444 376. Once you have registered your refund, please put your gift card into the post and send it back to Miconex, 13 Rose Terrace, Perth. PH1 5HA.
Once the gift card has been received your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase. Miconex does not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.
