How do I add my Gift Card to my wallet?
Click on the Add to Wallet button within the Love Local app home screen and follow the steps to add the Gift Card.
Where can I spend my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be spent in local businesses in your local Town or City. A full list of participating businesses is available at townandcitygiftcards.com/where-to-spend (UK) or townandcitygiftcards.ie/where-to-spend (Ireland)
Can I spend my Gift Card online?

The retailer didn’t know how to process my Gift Card, what should I do?
Advise the retailer to process the transaction as a credit/debit card, the Gift Card works like any other contactless transaction with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
I tried to spend my Gift Card at a listed business but it didn't work, what should I do?

How do I purchase something with a greater value than my Gift Card?
Advise the retailer that you'd like to pay for your transaction across multiple cards. Pay using your Gift Card first and use another card or cash to pay the remaining balance
How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?
The balance of your Gift Card is displayed in the top left hand corner of the app or via www.getmybalance.com
How long is my Gift Card valid for?
Gift Cards are valid for 60 months (5 years). A monthly management fee of £2.50 / €2.50 will be applied on a monthly basis against the balance of the card, starting on the first day of the 13th month following the card activation.
How do I find out the expiry date?
Tap the "View Card Details" button or visit www.getmybalance.com to check your card expiry date.
Why has a monthly fee been applied to my card balance?
No fees are applied for the first 12 months from activation. An account management fee is then applied on a monthly basis against the balance of the card, starting on the first day of the 13th month following the card activation until no further funds are left remaining or the card epires which ever is soonest.
Can I top up my Gift Card?
Currently it is not possible to top up your Gift Card.
